We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Click & Collect Drive-Thru. This new functionality makes ordering through Red Rooster easier, faster, and smarter — delivering a smoother Drive-Thru experience.

Here’s how it works: 

1️⃣ Select your location via the Pick-Up menu.

2️⃣Place and pay for your order via the Reds App or Website. After checkout, you’ll see available pickup options. 
3️⃣ Simply select “Drive-Thru Pickup” as your collection method and confirm the order. 
4️⃣ You’ll get a confirmation screen showing a 5-digit order number — plus a green reminder banner reminding you to provide this number at the speaker box when you arrive.

💡 This enhancement means customers can skip the wait, head straight to the Drive-Thru, and grab their Red Rooster favourites with ultimate convenience.
