I've got a delivery order issue. Can you help?

We're sorry to hear that! If you have placed an order on our website or app, please submit feedback on our website. If you have ordered using a third party app (eg UberEats, DoorDash or Menulog) please use the contact details in their app to discuss a resolution.

Why don't you deliver to my area?

What the Cluck? Maybe it's time we launched that fleet of chicken delivery drones we've been round-tabling.

No seriously, we're sorry to hear that. No one should miss out on Australia's best Chicken and Chips. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over our delivery areas. Hopefully there's another way you can get a taste of the good stuff though, like visiting one of our stores in person?

Delivery costs more. Why's that?

Yup, our delivery menu us a little differect to our in restaurant menu. That's because there's a small cost that comes with delivery. We have to pay our delivery partners, who in turn pay their delivery drivers, who then have to pay for things like petrol and running costs of their vehicle. You can see how it adds up.

But rest assured, we keep delivery costs as low as we can, while you get the convenience of receiving freshly made-to-order tastiness straight to your door in next to no time. Not a bad trade off, really! Don't forget, for every order you place with Red Rooster, you earn Red Royalty dollars!

Can I place orders in advance?

Just place your order on the Reds app or website and you tell the restaurant when to start cooking.

How do I pay for my online order?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Visa & MasterCards. You can also pay using your Red Royalty dollars!

How do I collect my online order?

Make sure you use the tell our restaurant that you've arrived by clicking the link in the email or SMS you receive after placing your order.

When you head to the restaurant, head to the pick up point inside and skip the queue.

I was unable to tell the restaurant to start cooking on the app or website, what do i do?

Just head into our restaurant, and speak to a crew member. They should be able to help retrieve your order and get you your food!

How do I cancel & get a refund?

If you placed a click & collect order and haven't told the restaurant to start cooking, just hit cancel in the app and you'll get a refund in approximately 3-5 days.

Is your menu Halal?

At Red Rooster, our chicken is Halal certified. Their preparation is prescribed by Muslim law, from our suppliers. This includes Whole Chickens, Tenders, Fried Chicken, Buttermilk Wings, Buttermilk Pops and Nuggets. Our signature gravy and chips are also Halal certified.
We also have procedures in place to ensure separation and correct handling occurs, but we can't say our restaurants are technically Halal certified. That's because we can't 100% guarantee that no cross contamination has not occurred between our chicken and non-Halal products during the cooking and preparation process.

Do you have Vegan items?

At Red Rooster, we love to have options. We have a range of vegan-friendly products that do not contain animal products (including meat, dairy or eggs). However we cannot prevent cross contamination during the cooking and handling of Vegan and non-vegan items. Our Vegan friendly options include:

Chips (including our signature chip salt - favourite!)

Crunchy Potato
Corn wheels
Garlic Bread
Pineapple Fritters
Peas

Do you have vegetarian items?

Despite popular opinion, we love and embrace our vegetarian options. We have a range of vegetarian-friendly products, which are products that do not contain any meat or animal tissue. We try our best to prevent cross contamination when roasting, frying and handling, though we cannot guarantee. Our vegetarian friendly options include our:

Mash & Gravy
Coleslaw
Chips
Sweet Potato Chips
Crunchy Potato
Corn wheels
Garlic Bread
Pineapple Fritters
Sauce range: summer sauce, honey bbq, pickle mayo, chilli aioli, blackened aioli, spicy pepper, bbq, sweet & sour, whole egg mayo.
Dessert range: chocolate mousse, strawberry mousse.

Do your products have MSG?

Contrary to popular belief, MSG (monosodium glutamate) can be both naturally occurring in ingredients such as cheese, tomatoes and meat or an added ingredient. Any added MSG can be identified in a product ingredient list as Flavour Enhancer (621). At Red Rooster, products that contains Flavour Enhancer (621) include our Fried Chicken, Tenders used in our Burgers, Rippas, Wraps, Spicy Pepper Sauce used in our Spicy Burger & Fried Chicken and Blackened Aioli.

Do your sauces contain raw egg?

At Red Rooster, all our sauces used are made using pasteurised egg. Sauce range:

Do you have any gluten-free items?

We understand the importance of options and infomration when it comes to having coeliac disease or gluten intolerances. Due to the risk of cross contamination of wheat products in our restaurants, we do not have any 100% gluten-free products. We do however have gluten-friendly products that do not contain wheat within their ingredients but may pose the risk of cross contamination. These products include Coleslaw (Dressed), Chips (Salted), Peas, Mash Potato, Smokey BBQ Sauce Tubs (20g).
