Red Royalty

Red Royalty is Red Rooster’s exciting loyalty program! It rewards and recognises our regular customers with special offers as well as Red Royalty Dollars to spend at Red Rooster in restaurant or online.

To start redeeming your points, members must:

Successfully register and verify their account Accumulate a minimum of $0.05 in rewards (minimum redemption amount is $0.05)

IN RESTAURANT

Once these two prerequisites are met, simply scan your physical card/app or tell the crew member your mobile phone number, and let them know you’d like to redeem some of your Red Royalty Dollars.

ONLINE ORDERING

You can also redeem Red Royalty dollars when you order online. Simply select the amount you would like to spend at checkout.

The Welcome voucher is automatically added to your account when the account when you verify your account by entering the One Time Password (OTP) we send you when joining. (just click the link in your verification email). It will expire after 14 days. The voucher can be used to redeem 2pc Fried Chicken or Large Chips at a participating Red Rooster restaurant. It must be used in one transaction only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

At present you cannot use the Welcome Voucher for delivery or click & collect orders. We are working on building this feature so watch this space.

To check out your vouchers/offers simply log in to your Red Royalty account via the Red Rooster app and check the ‘OFFERS’
