Red Royalty is Red Rooster’s exciting loyalty program! It rewards and recognises our regular customers with special offers as well as Red Royalty Dollars to spend at Red Rooster in restaurant or online.

Earning Red Royalty dollars could not be easier. Once you're signed up and your account is verified, just login and transact online via the website or app, and you'll earn your Red Royalty dollars.

If you're buying our chicken instore, in the drive-thru, or on a kiosk, you'll be able to identify yourself in one of two ways. The first is to scan the barcode that is available in your app or on the website, or also on physical printed cards for those customers that still have one!

Redeeming your loyalty dollars is easy!

IN RESTAURANT Simply scan your physical card/app or tell the crew member your mobile phone number when purchasing. Just let them know how much you'd like to redeem, and they'll take that off your order.

ONLINE ORDERING You can also redeem Red Royalty dollars when you order online. Simply select the amount you would like to spend at the checkout.

A reminder that you won't be able to redeem Red Royalty dollars until your account is successfully verified (only one account per person), and you've accumulated a minimum of $0.05.

The welcome voucher is automatically added to your account when you verify the account by entering the One Time Password (OTP) we send you when you join. The voucher will expire after 14 days. The voucher can be redeemed online or at any participating Red Rooster restaurant. It must be used in one transaction only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To check out your vouchers simply log in to your Red Royalty account via the Red Rooster app and check the Red Royalty Exclusives on the Red Royalty page under Rewards.

You can also log in to your account at https://redrooster.com.au/account/ and go to the Offers tab.

Red Royalty has four tiers. In each tier, you'll earn more Red Royalty dollars and have increasingly valuable offers. No one misses out, but the biggest perks do go to our most regular customers!

You'll be automatically upgraded to the next tier when you hit qualifying criteria. Currently the criteria are: - Silver: 7-12 visits in the past 365 days - Gold: 13-24 visits in the past 365 days - Platinum: 25+ visits in the past 365 days

Tiering is assessed daily based on the transactions you make in the prior 12 month/ 365 day period.

If you forgot to scan your card, or there was a technical issue, then no worries! Just send us a photo of the receipt and details of your transaction via the contact us section of the website or app, and we can update your account for you.

When Red Royalty started, we didn't have the apps and websites we have today. The demand for physical cards also decreased significantly over time. We no longer print physical cards, although some stores may have old stock available if you ask. This doesn't mean your account is lost though!

If you don't like the thought of an app or website, you can simply let staff know your phone number when ordering, and they'll add that transaction to your account. You can use your loyalty dollars in the same way.

Even easier though, is on the homescreen of the app, there is an icon for your loyalty QR code. In store just scan this on your phone in the same way you would a real card!
