Go to https://www.redrooster.com.au/redroyalty/signin/ or open your app and tap Red Royalty
Enter your registered email or mobile. Enter the email or mobile number linked to your account.
Enter your current password or Royalty1! (if you’ve forgotten)
Click Submit
You will then receive a One Time Password (“OTP”) via SMS to the mobile registered to your account.
Enter the 6-digit OTP
You’ll then be prompted to set your password. Note: Please choose a different password to your old one, with a mix of Upper & lower-case letters, numbers and special characters.
Login with your email and newly set password. All done!
